I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) and am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN). I am a professional with a passion to develop personlized diets, supplemental and lifestyle programs that help to restore and maintain a balanced body and health.

Growing up with an autoimmune disease, I struggled over the years with weight and a sluggish body. Because of this, I understand the importance of and appreciate the benefits of nutrition and leading an active lifestyle.

In 2001, I moved to a new city and joined the local run club and found my passion.  By 2005, I signed up for my first marathon and from there, expanded my horizons into triathlons. Later, in 2014, I was having tremendous pain in my foot and was diagnosed with early onset degenerative arthritis due to a genetic condition.  I was told that my running days were over. Applying my knowledge from school, through a holistic lifestyle and perseverance, I have been able to reduce inflammation in my body.

I continue to stay active, without pain or discomfort, and have been able to excel as an athlete; going on to complete two more full Ironman distance races and qualifying for the world championships.
