As everyone is gathering up there 2017 goal plans; weight loss, getting fit, crushing personal records are on top of the lists for my clients. So this New Year's I decided to share some healthy meal ideas. With the amount of information on the internet it can become overwhelming as there are so many options. Even I find myself searching the web for hours to find that perfect healthy dish to recreate.
